Sunderland defeated Lincoln City last weekend and drew against AFC Wimbledon mid-week, with rumours of a Covid-19 outbreak dominating the talk.

As a result, the Black Cats have had their next three League One fixtures postponed due to the coronavirus, with the club confirming players had tested positive.
