Sunderland, four points adrift of safety, are in desperate need of three points at Carrow Road on Saturday lunchtime - and they face relegation rivals Norwich City in a HUGE Premier League match.

Which team should Sam Allardyce pick in a bid to get back to winning ways?

Sunderland writers Chris Young and Richard Mennear have chosen their sides below:

Chris Young's line-up:

Despite his awful miss late on in the 2-0 defeat to Leicester City, Chris has opted to bring Jack Rodwell back into the side in place of Lee Cattermole.

Chris feels it would result in a better balance for the Sunderland midfield.

Mannone, Yedlin, Kaboul, Kone, Van Aanholt, Kirchhoff, M'Vila, Rodwell, Khazri, Borini, Defoe.

Richard Mennear's line-up:

Sunderland can't afford to lose this game, if they do it is curtains for their Premier League status. A draw wouldn't be the end of the world but it wouldn't do them much good either and suits Norwich more. Three points is a must.

Cattermole to drop out, Jeremain Lens to come in and play two up top.

Mannone, Yedlin, Kaboul, Kone, Van Aanholt, Kirchhoff, M'Vila, Lens, Khazri, Borini, Defoe.
