Latest League One promotion odds as Sunderland come back from behind to draw with Blackpool

Ten man Sunderland fought to a battling point against a Blackpool side managed by former Mackems boss Simon Grayson.

Blackpool are performing well in the league this year, but even a point isn’t enough for Sunderland’s promotion ambitions.

The Mackems are now in 12th place, and if they can’t fire their way out of mid-table in the coming weeks then a stay in League One beckons.

Elsewhere Ipswich Town lost to Bristol Rovers, and Accrington Stanley thumped Portsmouth 4-1.
