Bristol Rovers confirm new date for crunch Sunderland League One clash
Bristol Rovers have confirmed that they will host Sunderland on Tuesday 10th March.
The two sides had originally been scheduled to meet at the Memorial Stadium in November but the game was postponed due to international call-ups.
The clash could have a major impact on the race for promotion, with Sunderland’s recent form moving them firmly back into play-off contention.
Rovers currently sit in 12th, their form suffering after the departure of manager Graham Coughlan, but they remain just four points off sixth.
