The stunning news that Dick Advocaat looks set to return to Sunderland has seen bookies back them to stay in the Premier League next season.

Following the news that Advocaat is on the verge of signing a one-year contract as Sunderland head coach, BoyleSports has priced up some specials on the Black Cats.
