Boldon CA bagged a last-minute winner to beat Darlington Reserves last night to stay fourth in the TWR Bifolds Wearside League.

Boldon left it late, but Tom West rose high in the box to head home an 89th-minute winner.

Silksworth CW lost 2-0 at new leaders Cleator Moor Celtic. The Wearsiders fell behind to Tom Mahone’s effort on 10 minutes, and he added a second on the half hour.

Harton and Westoe CW were sunk 5-1 by Richmond. Aaron Coulson replied to strikes from Jason Newall, Michael Gunnell, Chris Foster and Scott Ryan (2).

Redcar Athletic saw off Hartlepool 5-2 to stay third, despite falling two behind to Dean Cope’s volley and a fine strike from Matty Gardner.

Lance Skelton, Mike Woodhouse, Sam Webster, Jack Simpson and Daniel Drazdauskas (penalty) notched as Redcar rallied, despite having a Webster penalty brilliantly saved by Josh Noble at 2-1.
