FULHAM have agreed a fee with Dnipro for the signing of Ghanaian captain Derek Boateng, according to reports.

Sky Sports claim Martin Jol’s side will sign the defensive midfielder later today, subject to agreeing personal terms and passing a medical.

The 29-year-old, who has played for sides including Getafe, Koln and Panathinaikos, has won 35 caps for the Ghana national side.

Fulham have been looking to strengthen in midfield after the summer departures of Danny Murphy, Dickson Etuhu and Mousa Dembele, along with the imminent sale of Clint Dempsey.
