Northern League: Former Sunderland striker Ryan Noble ready for RCA debut

Sunderland RCA are at Jarrow Roofing tomorrow, looking for their first win following four league and cup fixtures.

The Meadow Park men are the only side in the league yet to score but manager Martin Swales is happier now that Colin Larkin, Liam Hatch and Michael Charlton have recovered fitness.

Ryan Noble will also come into contention for a place in the attack. The former Sunderland, Burnley, Durham City and Gateshead striker this week joined the Wearsiders.

“We have struggled with injuries but were unlucky not to defeat Guisborough Town in the FA Cup last Saturday and to go out in the replay.

“We’ve had a tough start but we are geared up and I think tomorrow’s game will be interesting” said Swales.
