FORMER Sunderland striker Ryan Noble is one of 11 players released by Gateshead following their Conference Premier play-off final agony.

Noble, 22, managed just one start for Gary Mills’ side, following his mid-season arrival from Burnley.

Five other forwards have left the club – veteran Jack Lester, who scored in the Wembley play-off defeat to Cambridge United, Colin Larkin, Liam Hatch, Richard Brodie and Adam Boyes.

Ex-Middlesbrough midfielder Josh Walker, who made 25 starts last season, has also departed, along with defenders Carl Magnay, Jordan Holt, Luke O’Brien and Joe Tait.

Season tickets are available now, with early bird prices of £280 (adults), £165 (concessions), £135 (students and under-18s) and £35 (under-16s).
