CARETAKER boss Sam Collins has named an unchanged Hartlepool United team for today’s visit of Luton Town.

Pools are 21st in Sky Bet League Two while today’s opponents are in-form and are currently 4th in the league.

Collins, who is overseeing the first team following Colin Cooper’s resignation, has opted for the same side that beat Exeter City 2-1 away last weekend.

Pools will line up in a 4-3-3 formation, with on-loan Boro striker Charlie Wyke supported by Lewis Hawkins and Ryan Brobbel.

Matthew Bates again starts in midfield for the home side, partnering Tommy Miller and Michael Woods in the centre of the park.

Josh Nearney makes the bench for Pools, while Marlon Harewood and David Atkinson both miss out.

Goalkeeper Freddie Woodman returns to the Pools bench after spending time away with the England Under-19s.

Pools (4-3-3): Flinders (C), Duckworth, Austin, Harrison, Jones, Miller, Bates, Woods, Brobbel, Hawkins, Wyke.

Subs: Woodman, Richards, Nearney, Green, Franks, Walker, Smith.

Luton Town (4-3-3): Tyler, Smith, McNulty (C), Drury, Griffiths, Cullen, Ruddock-Mpanzu, Miller, Harriman, Doyle, Wilkinson.

Subs: Lacey, Benson, Wall, Justham, Whalley, Guttridge, Walker.
