ADAM Armstrong will make his full Newcastle United debut against Crystal Palace.

The teenage striker starts tonight’s Capital One Cup at Selhurst Park (8pm kick-off).

United manager Alan Pardew, without a number of players because of injuries and illness, has made six changes.

Rob Elliot, Steven Taylor, Mehdi Abeid, Gabriel Obertan and Sammy Ameobi also come into the starting XI.

Meanwhile, on-loan striker Facundo Ferreyra, yet to make his Newcastle debut, is on the bench.
