CALUM MacLeod returns for Durham Jets in tonight’s eagerly-awaited NatWest T20 Blast clash with Yorkshire Vikings at the Emirates ICG (5.30pm start).

MacLeod, an impressive performer with the bat for Durham in the shortest format of the game this season, is back from Scotland duty, boosted by an outstanding knock of 145 off 124 balls against Holland earlier this month.

The Jets, sitting fifth, will leapfrog Yorkshire if they repeat their recent victory over Jason Gillespie’s side at Headingley, when Durham won by 28 runs.

The sides drew their LV County Championship Division One match yesterday, with Durham grafting hard on the final day to stave off defeat.

Yorkshire bowler Jack Brooks replaces Steve Patterson in the visitors’ attack, while New Zealand batting star Kane Williamson takes over from Andrew Hodd to bolster the Vikings’ top-order strength.

Durham Jets squad (v Yorkshire): Mark Stoneman, Phil Mustard, Calum MacLeod, Paul Collingwood, Gordon Muchall, Scott Borthwick, Michael Richardson, Keaton Jennings, Ryan Pringle, Mark Wood, Gareth Breese, John Hastings, Usman Arshad, Chris Rushworth

Yorkshire Vikings squad: Aaron Finch, Andrew Gale, Kane Williamson, Adam Lyth, Jonny Bairstow, Jack Leaning, Alex Lees, Richard Pyrah, Azeem Rafiq, Adil Rashid, Oliver Robinson, Tim Bresnan, Jack Brooks, Ryan Sidebottom,.
