North East boxing fans have the chance to get the inside story on Anthony Joshua’s biggest fight of his professional career.
The 2012 Olympic gold medallist will be the headline attraction at a dinner event at Ramside Hall on Thursday, December 17, for ‘An Evening with Anthony Joshua’.
First, Joshua has a big date in London this weekend when he faces arch-rival Dillian Whyte for THE British and Commonwealth heavyweight titles.
Both are undefeated. Londoner Whyte has 16 wins with 13 KOs while Joshua, from Watford, has 14 straight victories, all by stoppage.
At the Ramside, on the outskirts of Durham, Joshua will be talking about his career and ambitions to be the heavyweight champion of the world and no doubt his domestic dust-up with Whyte.
The big-hitting star will be meeting fans and taking questions from guests.
The evening features a comedian and live music from X Factor finalist Geoff Mull.
Tickets are priced at £65 per person or £600 for a table of 10, while VIP tickets are available for £150.
Guests will have a traditional Christmas dinner. For tickets and further info, contact promoter Craig Kent on 07595 183555.
