These four and five-year-olds from Dame Dorothy Primary School in Sunderland showed how tidy they were in a 1983 project. They made a collage which they called 'Only Beautiful Things Grow In Our Garden'. Then they entered it in the Tyne and Wear County Council Keep Britain Tidy competition - and won! They were victors in the group school section for five to seven-year-olds.
