A leading property firm has appointed a new commercial property manager for the city.
Sunderland-born Michael McGhin, 33, joins Bradley Hall at its Frederick Street office following six successful years in the industry.
Michael, who also served in the Coldstream Guards as a Queen’s Guard, touring Northern Ireland, Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan, will oversee all commercial property matters in and surrounding the city centre.
Managing director Neil Hart said: “Michael was the perfect candidate to head up our commercial department in the region as he knows the area inside out.”
Bradley Hall employs 44 staff at offices across the North East in Alnwick, Morpeth, Gosforth, Newcastle city centre, Durham and Sunderland.
Michael, who previously worked as commercial manager at Pattinsons before joining the Bradley Hall team, said: “I am delighted to be joining Bradley Hall as commercial property manager at its Sunderland office.
“The firm has a fantastic reputation and is consistently expanding. It’s really exciting to be part of a local company which is continuing to go from strength to strength and I look forward to playing a part of its growth in Sunderland.”
Dad-of-two Michael is also a children’s cricket coach at Seaham Park Cricket Club.
