Sugar in soft drink shock

Have your say

On a recent visit to a local swimming pool and leisure centre, my wife bought a bottle of soft drink from a vending machine.

On reading the label I was astonished to learn that the 500mm bottle contained 66 grams of sugar.

This equates to two tablespoons.

As this was for our seven year old grandson is it any wonder the country has an obesity problem?
