No one wants to invest

Have your say

The company behind the £100 million-plus regeneration of “The Vaux Site” has marked its birthday.

Siglion, responsible for breathing new life into high profile locations in the city has had plans for a 60,000sq ft office development on the Vaux Site approved and permission has been granted for its wider master plan.

Quote: What is different and exciting about Siglion is that as a developer, we can carry out our own developments but we can also facilitate. Our set-up is designed to encourage people to invest in the city.”

So why don’t they?

No one has mentioned where the finance for the projects is coming from, and without this, you have nothing.

That is why we have been waiting 15 years for something to happen on the Vaux site.

It’s obvious nobody wants to invest.
