A much-anticipated Asian bar and kitchen is getting ready to open its doors in Sunderland later in April.
After many months of anticipation, we know that Wearside diners are dying to tuck in to the delicious starters, mains and, of course, the cocktails!
But what can we expect to see on the menu?
The Seaburn branch, set to open at the end of April, will become the third in the Fat Buddha chain with restaurants in Newcastle and Durham already causing a buzz in the neighbouring cities.
And if those menus are anything to go by, we really are in for a treat in Sunderland.
There are separate lunch, dinner, party banquet and family menus - as well as tantalizing lists of drinks and a gluten free menu too.
So, what will you be choosing?

If you're booking up for dinner, you can whet your appetite with a range of Asian tapas dishes to start, followed by a main course from China or Japan, topped off with a scrumptious side dish!
There are the usual suspects like vegetable spring rolls, satay chicken and Thai salmon fishcakes to tuck in to - but alongside them, the exciting additions of duck samosa, salt and chilli ribs and a vegetable tempura selection.
There are salads and soups on offer too or, if you fancy it, a set menu to satisfy your bank balance as well as your stomach.
If you're after a tipple with your tea, you will likely find your favourite classic cocktail on the menu - or you could be tempted to try a "Buddha Speciality".
Along with the Cosmo, the Long Island Ice Tea and the Margarita you will find a Tom Yam Siam (Malibu and Vodka shaken with fresh lychee and a few special Thai spices) and a Chi (a combination of fresh lychees and strawberries mixed with lychee and strawberry liqueur).
