There was no hiding for the Black Cats' first-team players and backroom staff on Sunday as they faced Beamish Hall's Terror in the Trees 2.0 with cameras taped up to their bodies.

And as the footage shows, the involvement was met by loud screams, frantic running and much more!

Fortunately, everyone didn't face too big of a traumatic experience after dusting themselves down to beat Doncaster Rovers 1-0 on Tuesday night.
