Sunderland fans were delirious as Lamine Kone put them on the brink of safety at the Stadium of Light.
Kone blasted home Sunderland’s second goal against Everton to put them well in control at half-time.
Kone’s strike, just before half-time, came after Patrick van AAnholt’s opener.
