The Voice hopeful Billy Black aims to please his biggest fans '“ his kids!
Oxclose Community Academy pupil Danny, 11, and Jessica, seven, who attends George Washington Primary School, will be among those tuning in tomorrow night to see their dad perform in the Blind Audition stage for the BBC1 singing show.
The rocker will perform Robert Palmer’s Bad Case of Loving You for the show’s coaches will.i.am, Paloma Faith, Boy George and Ricky Wilson.

Hide AdProducers were so impressed by the 38-year-old, from Pallion, after spotting him front his Billy Black Band, that they asked him to audition for the show.
The dad-of-two, who filmed the show in September, is remaining tight-lipped about whether any of the coaches turn their chairs for him, which would put him through to the next round.
Billy, who also performs in a Bon Jovi tribute act, said: “They scouted me to audition and I thought it was too good an opportunity to turn down.
“When I performed I tried to ignore the fact the coaches were there and treated it as a gig. It was a great experience and the kids can’t wait to watch it.

Hide Ad“I sang quite an upbeat number that I perform as part of my set in the band, it’s a great one to get everyone dancing.”
Teasers for the show reveal that Billy causes a stir amongst the coaches.
Billy said: “I did hear them having a bit of an argument amongst themselves but I couldn’t hear what it was about.”
