“It was great fun filming it and it’s my first proper TV debut since I graduated.

“It was so much fun and I’d love to do more TV.”

Emilie, who studied at Guildford School of Acting, spent a year on London’s West End playing Cosette in musical Les Misérables and spent the recent festive season starring as Lucy Pevensie in The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe at Birmingham’s Repertory Theatre.

In 2010, she reached the live finals of BBC talent contest Over The Rainbow, which saw Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber searching for a Dorothy for his production of The Wizard of Oz.

Emilie has also starred as Charlotte Sowerberry in a professional production of Oliver! at the Crucible Theatre, in Sheffield.
