The business centre is home to a number of businesses ranging from regional offices for multi-nationals to small one and two person businesses including new “walk-in and work” facility called the BrewHub.

El said: “The BrewHub is a new concept in a semi-rural area such as ours. It is aimed at people who may work from home but want the benefit of using the business address and the opportunity to use the wifi, have a coffee and meet some other like-minded business people.

“Similar facilities operate in some big cities, but there are just as many individuals working outside of the big conurbations so it is already proving popular.”

Heather said: “We are ideally placed on the A19 and have already attracted organisations such as the NHS and the regional Federation of Small Businesses.”
