Half term is almost here again - and there's plenty to keep the whole family occupied.

There are exhibitions and activities aplenty at the city's museums next week - but which ones will you go along and see?

Whether you're in the mood for winter tales, outdoor trails or arts and crafts, the museums have it all for you!

Coun John Kelly, portfolio holder for public health, wellness and culture at Sunderland City Council, said: "With school holidays coming up it is great to see a wide range of activities, many of which are free for the young and young at heart, across the city.

"We continue to look at how best to deliver museum, library and heritage services across the city.

"With the half term holidays it is a fantastic time for everybody to make the most of the top class facilities we have here."

Take a look at this list showing just some of what's on in the city next week.
