Temporary traffic lights failure on A690 causing delays

Traffic is moving slowly on the A690 southbound at Houghton Cut due to issues with temporary traffic lights.

Temporary traffic lights which are stuck on red are causing problems on the A690 between the A19 Herrington Interchange to the A182 Hillside Way.

Average speed is reported at being just 10mph.
