A fourth man has been charged after the murder of Hendon dad David Walsh.
Mr Walsh, known as “Boff”, died after an assault near his home last month.
The 45-year-old dad-of-four and grandad-of-four had been planning on renewing his wedding vows with wife Trisha before his death and hundreds attended his funeral last week.
Following enquiries, on Monday, November 23, detectives charged three men aged 19, 36 and 40 with his murder.
Now, a fourth man has been jointly charged with his murder. He is Patrick David Duggan, age 19, of Palmstead Road, Pennywell, in Sunderland.
He is due to appear before South Tyneside Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
