Sunderland will take on European giants Borussia Dortmund in their final pre-season fixture.

Sam Allardyce's side will take on the Bundesliga side on Friday, August 5 (6pm BST).

The match will be played the Cashpoint Arena, the home of Austrian side SC Rheindorf Altach.

Sunderland have previously announced warm-up games against Hartlepool United, Rotherham United, Stade Nyonnais, Dijon and Montpellier.

The club kicks off its Premier League campaign with an away fixture against Pep Guardiola's Manchester City.

Sunderland are yet to confirm ticket details for the Dortmund game.
