A LITTLE fund-raiser went to great lengths to do her bit for charity.
Hannah Robson, six, of Red House, had her waist-length locks chopped in aid of the Little Princess Trust.
The youngster, who visited Platinum Hair Design in Red House for the cut, raised more than £400 for the charity, which provides wigs and hair pieces for children who suffer hair loss due to cancer treatment.
Hannah’s mum Lisa, who has three more children, said her little girl was determined to make some money from the hair cut.
She said: “It was emotional for me watching her get it cut, but she was determined to do it.
“We have relatives who have had cancer, so Hannah wanted to give her hair to little girls who might need it.
“She’s over the moon.”
The youngster is now sporting a bouncy bob.
