Sunderland business forging own Identity as it turns 10

City project managerand quantity surveyor Identity Consult is eyeing further expansion as it celebrates its 10th birthday.

Founded by managing director David Dent, the business has a team of 25 between Wearside and its Preston office.

The company has delivered projects for the University of Sunderland, including CitySpace and refurbishment of the Priestman Building.

It is delivering the Centre for Enterprise & Innovation project to redevelop the Grade II listed former Gas Board building on Hind Street; project managing the Beacon of Light, and acting as quantity surveyor for the refurbishment of the Old Fire Station.
