N’Doye arrived on loan until the end of the season last month, with an option for a permanent move from Turkish side Trabzonspor if he proves to be a success for Sunderland.
He told the Echo: "At the moment, it’s about the team and staying in the Premier League.
"For myself, we’ll see what happens after that.
"The Turkish league is good, but I just didn't adapt there.
"That was the reason why I left."

"The main goal was to clear the mind a bit, but there was training too – running and playing," full-back DeAndre Yedlin told the Echo.
"It's not so much about improving fitness now."
The Sunderland boss, who left the Hammers in the summer after four years in East London, makes his first return to Upton Park on Saturday lunchtime. (kick-off 12.45pm).
