And on-loan M'Vila is confident about the future, provided the club stays in the Premier League.

Meanwhile, Danny Graham has confirmed he will be leaving the club in the summer.

The 30-year-old striker is currently out on loan at Championship side Blackburn Rovers and he is loving life at Ewood Park.

He wants to stay there when his contract at the Stadium of Light runs out in this summer.

And finally, interest is mounting in Sunderland's Under-21 talent.

Andy Welsh's side are battling leaders Manchester United for the Premier League Under-21 title and as a result of their good form this season, Football League clubs are sniffing round with the emergency loan window now open.

The Black Cats are second in the league, two points behind United.

Welsh said: "All our games are heavily scouted by Football League clubs now because we are up there and the players are playing well."
