SEE the Black Cats take on the Reds for free, thanks to today’s Echo.

We’ve got 20 pairs of adult and child ticket packages to give away to see SAFC battle it out against Liverpool on Sunday, September 29 (kick-off 4pm) at the Stadium of Light.

Sunderland’s poor start to the season continued last Saturday as they went down 3-1 to Arsene Wenger’s Arsenal.

It means the Wearsiders are still searching for their first Premier League win of the campaign.

In contrast, Brendan Rodgers’s Liverpool sit at the top of the division after recording three wins and a draw from the opening four fixtures.

Sunderland head to the Midlands tomorrow as they face West Bromwich Albion at the Hawthorns.

The Baggies have also endured a difficult opening to the season and have just two points, one more than Paolo Di Canio’s Black Cats.

To add extra spice to the occasion, former Sunderland star Stephane Sessegnon has been cleared to play for Steve Clarke’s side after he left Wearside at the end of the transfer window.

On Tuesday, Sunderland face League One team Peterborough in the third round of the Capital One Cup at the Stadium of Light.
