Rump's two victories send him top of the league

Lee Rump moved to the top of the Golden Fleece Darts League after two fine victories.

Firstly, Rump strolled to a 5-0 victory over Paul Moon and then he defeated John Doran 5-2.

Rump’s best legs came in 15, 18, 19 (twice) and 20 darts, plus a great finish of 116 and a 180.

Jack Revely drew with Micky Long as both players’ best leg came in 20 darts.

Long also took out a 77 finish on the bull.

Mick McBain beat Andy Clark 5-3, with both players’ best leg coming in 20 darts.

There was also a 180 apiece from both players and McBain checked out a 104 finish.

Denny Cullen beat Gary Richardson 5-0, with best winning legs of 18 and 19 darts, plus a 180.

Marco Laybourn beat Don Green 5-0 and Mick Seaman defeated Norman Place 5-2.

Glen Woodbridge played two and won them both 5-2.

Woodbridge saw off the challenges of Kev Long and Steve Richardson.

Woodbridge’s best legs came in two 17 darters, plus a 180.

Richardson enjoyed a 20-dart leg with a 112 finish.

Last game of the night saw Jack Revely beat Mick McBain 5-1.
