Routes need to be sorted

I have not seen the plans, but could I suggest they start on the cycle path outside the Mayfair Buildings at Eden Vale. I have been bringing to the council’s attentions for years the blatant misuse of this facility by motorists indiscriminately blocking off its use by parking across it.

One garage even uses it to showcase his cars for sale. Check it and you will see I am correct.

Incidently, I believe this is designated as being part of the National Cycle Route network, but six days of the week it is impossible. The businesses are shut on Sundays, so if there are any plans to hold the Tour of Britain through here, it will have to be on a Sunday.

Still waiting for action.
