In praise of our airshow
As another successful airshow comes to a conclusion I am amazed at the size of the crowds.
However as a aviation enthusiast I cannot help but wonder how many of those watching are as enthusiastic as me about aeroplanes.
Not many judging by those involved in throwing litter and getting drunk. I thought it was a disgrace and believe that this event should be chargeable for every spectator. This would attract serious visitors and not hangers on looking for a free day out.
