Floor plans include a mix of rubber and laminate flooring, a section of astro turf and toilet facilities – with four existing parking spaces serving the development.

Proposed opening hours would be 6am-9pm, Monday to Friday and 7am-3pm on Saturday.

A final decision on the plans is expected by early December following consultation.
