Police appeal after man seen 'with blood on his wrists' in street
Police are concerned for the welfare of a man seen with blood on his wrists.
Concerns have been raised by a member of the public who said they saw a man at Burnip Road, in Murton, at about 8.30am today.
The man is wearing a camouflage jacket and is thought to be in his teens.
A spokesman for Durham Constabulary said: "We are concerned for this man’s safety and would appeal for anyone who has seen him to get in touch."
