Wardrobe malfunctions, elephant snot and flirting: How Charlotte Crosby has got on in the I'm a Celebrity Australia jungle so far

On Sunday, January 5, the new series of Australia’s I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here begun and the ex-Geordie Shore star took to her YouTube channel to announce that she is one of this year’s contestants.

In the video, Charlotte said: “It’s something, you know, I’ve always wanted to do. I mean the amount of times I’ve Photoshopped on my head on the line up of the English version, it’s untrue.”

Before reaching the jungle, she had to bungee jump out of a helicopter but she didn’t manage to do it. She said: “I don't know how any of them have done that. You've literally got to have a death wish.”

After claiming she’d wet herself, her decision meant that Charlotte had to walk for 5k to the jungle alone.

Since then, she has taken on two bushtucker trials.

The TV star suffered a wardrobe malfunction as she attempted the Elephant Snot Trial along with Love Island Australia's Erin Barnett and TV chef Miguel Maestre. She tried to climb up the staircase covered in slime and her shorts fell down.

She has also faced her first food trial with Erin Barnett and singer and actor Rhonda Burchmore where she had to eat two bull testicles.

In camp, she has talked about her romance with ex-boyfriend Joshua Ritchie. They were together for two years and she moved from Sunderland to Bolton to live with him. She said: "I'd go to work every day, have late nights and travel around everywhere and he would be sat playing on his PlayStation.”

Since arriving in camp, Charlotte has admitted having “a little bit of a flirt” with Married At First Sight's Ryan Gallagher.

The 29-year-old has also addressed online trolls and said: "It's what's on in the inside that counts."

The Sunderland lass is now one of six camp-mates set to face another trial – the Hellympic games – as her journey continues.
