Thanks sent to search and rescue team after missing man is found

Police have sent their thanks to those who helped share and support their appeal to find a missing man.

Durham Constabulary issued a plea for help after Jonathon Harrison, 30, was reported missing from home in Trimdon Station, at 11am yesterday, Thursday, August 6.

Now the force has confirmed he has been found “safe and well”.

A spokesperson said: "A special thanks goes to our colleagues at Teesdale and Weardale Search and Mountain Rescue Team who assisted in the search for Jonathon.”
