Search to find missing 23-year-old as police grow ‘increasingly concerned’ for his welfare

A search is ongoing to find a 23-year-old man who was reported missing on Monday, October 19.

Officers are appealing for the public’s help to find Liam Watson-Hunter as Durham Constabulary become increasingly concerned for his welfare.

Posting a picture of the 23-year-old and a description on social media, officers have urged anyone with any information to come forward.

A force spokesman said: “Mr Watson-Hunter, of Plawsworth, Chester-le-Street, is described as 5ft 7ins, of slim build and with short brown hair.
