How to roll over your Great North Run 2020 ballot place - before this weekend's deadline

Runners wishing to carry their place in the 2020 Great North Run over to next year’s event have only got a few days left to secure their spot.

Wednesday, 29th July 2020, 3:28 pm

But those already signed up to take part in the 2020 race were invited by organisers to roll their place over free of charge for next year’s half marathon, or collect a refund.

2020 ballot runners and members still have time to claim their spot – but they must apply for a rollover to 2021 race’s by Saturday, August 1.
