Concerns grow for missing man who hasn't been seen in seven weeks

Police are appealing for the public’s help to find a missing man who hasn’t been seen since August 16.

Paul Ireland was last seen at his home address in Chester-le-Street around seven weeks ago.

Officers are becoming increasingly concerned for the 54-year-old’s welfare.

A spokesman for Durham Constabulary said: “Paul is believed to have links to Northumbria.

Anyone who has seen Paul is asked to contact Durham Constabulary on 101.
