Here’s a quick and simple smoothie recipe that you can try with your kids.

The Pink Princess Smoothie was named by my daughter, Jessica.

It’s packed full of healthy ingredients and it tastes great as well.

By the way, giving your recipes cool names is a great way to engage the kids and get them involved in the preparation process.


Serves 2:

200ml almond milk

25g wholegrain oats

1 banana

1/2 punnet raspberries

Squirt of honey


Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.

Serve immediately.
