Tory MP Sir David Amess, for Southend West, suggested that a monument to the entertainer be erected in London. Would you like to see one?
Speaking at Business questions, Sir David also called for new statues of Margaret Thatcher and Princess Diana.
He continued: "It took a long while for the monument to Raoul Wallenberg to be erected outside the Central London Synagogue.
"I hope it won't take so long for statues in London to be erected to Princess Diana, the first woman prime minister and Sir Bruce Forsyth."
