A CHARITY which supports Wearside children has been given a new ‘state of the art’ website.

The Children’s Foundation, which supports projects across the North East which help make a difference to the lives of children, has been gifted the bespoke website using the most current responsive technology, automatically adjusting to different size screens such as tablets and mobile phones.

It has been developed by North East web guru Glen Wheeler, to generate more income and help vulnerable children in the region.

Natalina Sutherland, media and community fund-raising co-ordinator for the foundation, said “We are so happy with the outcome of this project. The website is all singing all dancing and has exceeded our expectations. It links to our social media sites and YouTube channel, so we’ll be able to share information about our projects and fundraising events easily.”

Glen said, “It was a great project to work on as The Children’s Foundation brief was fairly open. They had certain requirements and ideas about the design, but left the concept up to me and I’m really happy with it.”
