Missing Sunderland man aged 29 is found safe and well

Scott Ryan, 29, was reported missing yesterday.

Officers from Northumbria Police launched an appeal to find him.

Members of Mr Ryan's family have contacted the Echo to say he has now been found and is safe.

They also passed on their thanks to members of the public who helped share the appeal to find him.
