Little Mix take leisure in designing their own sports kit

Music stars Little Mix have been putting the gym kit they helped create to the test after turning their talents to design.

Little Mix try out their own USA Pro range for size.

The singers teamed up with fashion brand USA Pro to design their first sportswear collection.The global ambassadors spent 12 months working with its experts to select the prints, materials and cuts to produce a range, combining fitness and fashion.South Shields’ pair Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards, and bandmates Leigh-Anne Pinnock, and Jesy Nelson, worked on pieces to reflect their individuality.Jade said: “The design process was so much fun.“We were focused on designing pieces that looked as good when you’re walking down the street as they do in the gym or dance studio.“We really believe we’ve struck that perfect balance between fashion and comfort.“Hopefully everyone agrees.”The USA Pro by Little Mix range includes hoodies, tops, joggers, leggings, vests and bras.Perrie added: “I really wanted my range to include styles that can be worn any place, anywhere.“My favourite piece from the collection are the joggers.“I love the waistband detail and they’re so comfortable.“Now we’ve started rehearsals again, I could honestly wear them every day.” Brand manager Rebekah Walker said: “Little Mix are the embodiment of fun, flair and individuality.“We’re delighted with the results.”USA Pro by Little Mix is available at www.usapro.co.uk, www.sportsdirect.com and www.usc.co.uk.
