Let the royals pay the bill

I'd be interested to hear from our local Conservative Party why at a time when social house-building is at a 24-year low, the NHS is in crisis due to inadequate funding, when there is no money for schools repairs, when council budgets continue to be slashed and the Conservative Government continues to champion austerity and cuts to the welfare budget, it sees fit to give £369million to the Windsors (even though they're one of the richest families in the country).
