Turner and his close friend and collaborator Miles Kane will release their second album as TLSP, Everything You've Come To Expect, on Friday, April 1.

To promote the record, which is the follow-up to 2008's The Age Of The Understatement, they are embarking on a short UK tour.

It consists of just seven dates, including one at Middlesbrough Town Hall on Friday, March 25.

The gig is already sold out, and they're changing hands for more than £40 on secondary-selling websites.

The Last Shadow Puppets have launched the video for their new single Aviation - the second to be released from the album after the title track.

The forthcoming album finds Turner and Kane reunited with James Ford (production and drums) and Owen Pallett (string arrangements) and joined by Zachary Dawes (Mini Mansions) on bass.

It's been described as a more open and expansive work than its predecessor, wearing its influences less obviously on its sleeve.

Everything You’ve Come To Expect will be available on standard and deluxe CD, and standard and deluxe heavyweight vinyl versions, as well as a download.
