ROCKER Jon Bon Jovi is reported to have invited some of the country’s leading politicians to his shows this summer.
The singer, who plays the Stadium of Light on Thursday, June 13, made friends with the likes of David Cameron and Ed Miliband when he attended the Pride of Britain Awards.
The rock star sat next to the Prime Minister at October’s star-studded bash, with the Labour leader on a neighbouring table. The 50-year-old is keen to talk about raising the profile of his homelessness charity, the Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation.
His shows also include headline slots at the Isle of Wight Festival and Barclaycard British Summer Time in Hyde Park.
The star recently used proceeds from his charity to feed victims of Hurricane Sandy in his home state of New Jersey.
